Any damage incurred to the CCC facility will be the responsibility of the renter signing this agreement. The CCC, its operators, managers, or employees will assume no responsibility for damage or loss of any property left on the premises prior to, during or following any function.  All property of the CCC will be reviewed and accounted for after your event. The building will be reviewed promptly for cleaning and condition. A replacement, repair or cleaning fee may be imposed for missing or broken items. This will first be deducted from the building deposit. Note: This building is monitored by 24-hour motion sensitive cameras in all areas of the facility.

 

 

Performance of the agreement is contingent upon the ability of The CCC to perform these services and is subject to acts of God or restrictions of travel beyond our control. We will provide all agreed upon services and items, but reserve the right to make substitutions of similar items and services for any not readily available. We will make every effort to see that the parking area is usable, lighted and secure.

 

It is understood that the person signing this agreement has the authority to execute said agreement on behalf of the renting client.

 

 

 

All rates include setup and clean up time if you are doing this yourself. The hourly rate shall apply for time over the contract agreement. Please respect these times, as the facility may be needed for another event.

 

 

 

We rely on your event taking place as scheduled. Should a cancellation become necessary, the following cancellation fees shall apply:

 

           181 days or greater                          100%  of payments and deposit to date refunded

           91 days up to 180 days                   50%  of payments and deposit to date refunded.       

           10 days up to 90 days                     25% of payments and deposit to date refunded.

           1-9 days                                             no refunds
